Personal message: Being blessed with the opportunity to shape the hearts and minds of the children we teach, teachers play an important role within society. This immense honour comes with tremendous responsibility, ensuring that the unique learning needs of each student are identified and met so that all students achieve their full potential.
Statement of areas of responsibility: The Leader of Pedagogy is responsible for building the capacity of fellow educators ensuring the best possible education is being offered to each student, every day. Further responsibilities include supporting staff with; their commitment to self-reflection through our R.I.S.E Cycle initiative, the History and Geography Syllabus, and assessment and reporting across the school.
Professional experience: Brooke has over 15 years of teaching experience in both infants and primary, in a variety of settings, including the independent and state education systems. Brooke brings with her knowledge and experience gained in such roles as; Curriculum Coordinator and Learning Support Teacher. She has enjoyed supporting staff through the accreditation process and leading professional learning.
Currently completing a Masters of Educational Leadership – Australian Catholic University.

Professional interests: Keeping up to date with the latest research and evidence based approaches in education to achieve excellence in my own teaching practice and that of my colleagues.
